Terms of Use

The short version

• Take anything published here, change it, build on it - freely.
• If you republish it somewhere else, credit the original author and link back.
• Don't sell what someone else gave away for free.
• Everything is provided as-is. You run it at your own risk.
• Don't upload malware, stolen code, or anything you have no right to share.

The sections below say the same thing with more detail. By using iLog1K Networks you agree to them.

1. What this site is

iLog1K Networks is a place where people publish plugins, scripts and tools for Silkroad Online private servers (VSRO) and the official client (iSRO-R), including phBot plugins. Everything here is community work, shared between hobbyists.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Joymax Co., Ltd., the phBot developers, or any server operator. All trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Using and modifying what you find here

Unless an author states otherwise inside their own project, anything published on this site may be freely used, studied, modified and adapted - for personal use, on your own server, or as the base for something new. You do not need to ask permission.

If you republish it - anywhere - you must:

• credit the original author by name or username;
• link back to the original project page on this site;
• make clear what you changed, if you modified it;
• keep any copyright or credit notices that are already in the files.

Removing someone's name and passing their work off as your own is the one thing that is genuinely not allowed here. It is the fastest way to get your account removed.

Don't sell it. Work shared for free stays free. You may not put it behind a paywall, bundle it into a paid package, or resell it, unless the original author explicitly allows it in writing.

An author may attach a different licence to their own project (MIT, GPL, custom terms - whatever they choose). Where a project states its own licence, that licence wins over this section for that project.

3. No warranty - you use it at your own risk

Everything on this site is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied - including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or that it works at all.

Running third-party tooling on a game client or server carries real risk. That includes:

• losing characters, items, gold, silk or entire accounts;
• getting suspended or permanently banned by a server or by the game's publisher;
• crashes, data corruption, or unexpected behaviour on your machine or server;
• breaking the rules of the server you play on.

You accept all of that risk yourself. Neither this site, its operators, nor the authors who publish here are liable for any damage, loss or consequence resulting from downloading, running or modifying anything found here.

Read the code before you run it. It is published openly for exactly that reason. You are responsible for checking whether a tool is allowed on the server you play on - many servers forbid automation, and that is between you and them.

4. Who can publish

Projects are published by administrators only. Regular accounts cannot create project pages or upload files.

That is deliberate: everything served from here is reviewed before it goes up, so you can trust that what you download was looked at by someone. Registered users take part everywhere else - comments, likes, proposals and bug reports.

Want something of yours hosted here? Send it to [email protected], or open a proposal on a related project. You keep authorship and are credited on the page.

5. What gets published

By uploading a project, file, comment, proposal or bug report you confirm that:

• you wrote it, or you have the right to share it;
• it contains no malware - no backdoors, keyloggers, credential stealers, hidden miners, or code that phones home with user data;
• it does not contain leaked, stolen or paid material redistributed without permission;
• you grant other users the rights described in section 2, so the site works as intended.

You keep ownership of your work. Publishing here is not a transfer of copyright - it is permission for others to use it under these terms.

You may delete your own projects at any time. Copies other people already downloaded are, realistically, out of everyone's hands.

6. Accounts and conduct

• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself - you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Be civil in comments, proposals and bug reports. Criticism of code is welcome; personal attacks, harassment and spam are not.
• No advertising, referral links or server promotion outside of your own project pages.
• Do not attack the site: no scraping at volume, no attempts to break authentication, no exploiting bugs you find. Report them instead - see below.

Administrators may edit or remove any content, and suspend or ban accounts, when these terms are broken. Serious cases (malware, stolen work) result in removal without warning.

7. Support and phBot licensing

Most of what is published here are phBot plugins. phBot is commercial software developed by a third party and sold on phbot.org. We do not sell it, distribute it, crack it, or provide keys for it.

Support is provided only to users running a genuine, purchased and currently valid phBot licence. If a plugin misbehaves on a cracked, leaked, patched or expired copy, we cannot help - and will not try. Those builds differ from the real client in ways nobody can debug from the outside.

When you report a bug, expect to be asked for:

• the plugin version you are running (the report form requires it);
• your phBot version, and confirmation that your licence is active;
• the server type - VSRO or iSRO-R.

Requests for cracks, licence bypasses, key generators or shared accounts are removed on sight, and the account posting them is banned. Buy phBot from phbot.org - it is what keeps the plugins on this site possible.

Support is a courtesy from volunteers, not a paid service. There is no response time guarantee, even with a valid licence.

8. Server listings

The private server list contains paid placements, arranged directly with the admin on Discord (cyberkod3). A listing is advertising space - it is not a recommendation, a review, or any statement about how that server is run.

We do not operate, host, moderate or endorse the listed servers, and we are not responsible for anything that happens on them: donations, item loss, wipes, closures or disputes are strictly between you and the server owner.

Listings are removed without refund if the server turns out to be a scam, distributes malware, or the link points somewhere other than what was agreed.

9. Bug reports and security issues

Bugs in a published project go in that project's Bug reports tab - include the version you are running, that is what makes a report useful.

Found a security hole in this website? Please report it privately to [email protected] instead of posting it publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Good-faith reports are welcome and will never be punished.

10. Someone copied your work?

If something published here is yours and was uploaded without credit or without your permission, email [email protected] with a link to the project and to your original. Genuine claims are handled quickly - usually by adding the missing credit, or by removing the content.

11. Your data

We store the minimum needed to run the site: your username, email address, a hashed password (never the password itself), and the content you post. A session cookie keeps you logged in.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties. Your email is never shown publicly. Ask at [email protected] if you want your account and data removed.

12. Availability

This is a community project, not a paid service. There is no uptime guarantee, no promise that content stays online forever, and no obligation to provide support. Keep your own backups of anything you care about.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the site grows. The date at the top always shows the last revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
